Honeslty, I used to love the Old Serra well people were great but now with this new company that purchased them, they are the worst dispenary to deal with in reno now.
Place an order online ( a time schedule ) they don't package it or do anything. You call them and the lady amy said " you can always go inside " Like what kind of customer service is that?
Lost a huge customer Life time reno resident and now i will be telling all my family / friends to Avoid this place at all cost!!!

We stopped in while we waited for our movie showtime. Denise was our budtender and was amazing! I only smoke saliva flower and Denise helped me find the terpine profile of my choice for all my pre-rolls. I left with 8 prerolls, all sativa and mostly all with concentrates. Make sure to get Denise when checking out this new dispensary in the old Sierra well.

Carson city store is all messed up. Gave me wrong stuff, over charged us and I didnt realize until I was home. 1 hr away from both stores. Those people in there dont care because the store was sold. I will never go back.
