Sierra Wells always got the best deals in town. From having free pre roll for just being vaccinated to 7g specials where those funds goes back to the community. Samantha is the best budtender in the business. If you ever have any questions I’d recommend talking to her!

Just got off the phone with Leah horrible customer service she made me feel like as if I was bothering her day and questions about the website were way out of her customer service skills she complained about how she didn't know about it and when I was trying to find out more about the different flowers options she said that I had to go and look for. It was very rude disrespectful and when I tried to share that with her what I was trying to have accomplished she put me on a 5 minute hold came back and said what can I help you with again. bypassing the fact that I was even on hold overall. She could care less and she said have a nice day extremely condescending. What a horrible experience. Im a new customer too. She seemed unbothered by my expressions of my experience. Great job Sierra wellness.

Not so long ago, I was a loyalist to certain 'wintergreen' location, but after a few negative experiences, I ended up switching to SW. They always have friendly staff, and the wait is not usually long. I do wish they'd bring some of the non-regulated merchandise out to look at while waiting in the atrium. I do love the swag I get with larger orders, though. The parking lot is a bit tricky to find the first time, but they have more spaces to park, and better hours, than my previous place. Sierra Wellness is now my go-to.
