Great job. Business' trying to do business while this craziness is going on. Everything is closed. I got online and found Sierra Wellness. Some confusion on the site due to my short attention span. They cleared up the confusion and got my relief here as soon as they said. Great job. Update 03-11-2021 Ordered from Sierra Wellness again today and Nina was great and getting back to me on my totals. Always a pleasure to do business with a local business with great customer service.

This was my first time at a dispensary and I had the best experience with Natalie B! They we so kind and informative (and patient!)- I had no idea what I was looking for and she asked a ton of questions so she could recommend products I would like (spoiler alert: I loved them, thanks Natalie!). All around great and bubbly staff, will definitely be coming back!

I've been waiting in line for about an hour and a half, the employees just don't seem to care very much about efficiency or their customer's time. Today they even introduced a wait-list system with a little beeping puck, but only have a single person working the counter. When I finally got up to the counter, they were out of stock for every single thing I asked for. I'm very disappointed they don't have the courtesy or foresight to mark a product as out of stock in their book OR on the website.
I used to love this place, I'd recommend it to my twitch audience and brought people from as far as Louisiana, but the recent lack of care shown in general to the customers has led me to search for a better, more professional establishment to do business with.

I have always had a great experience with ALL the staff or team members that work here. Whether they are the ones who have answered my phone calls, sent my helpful notifications to keep me informed, prepared my orders, helped me at the window delivered the orders or those who took my info for my pick up time. Yes every single one has been helpful , professional and friendly. Not only that but they always have great specials and if they are out of some products they offer many others that are similar. Also having a point system is pretty awesome . I now only order from here.
