I would give them a 0 if I could. We ordered to pick-up, waited for 2 hours before they finally said they couldn't find our order. Then they told us that we had made the mistake and had placed the order with the Carson location. Nope, we have the order right here. They lost customers with their dishonesty. We will never go back. Horrible customer service.

I just moved from Texas to Reno and just got curious. The area is really clean and looks nice. As far as I can tell, they have a good selection of cannabis products.
If you can, always ask for Jake. I don’t smoke much or know anything about cannabis, but Jake definitely knows his stuff and helped me pick out some flower that I really liked. He’s definitely the person to go to and is always happy to help. Don’t plan on going anywhere else because of how helpful the staff is.
