Horrible customer service. Online ordering is a joke. They have now messed up my order for pick up twice. Made us wait for 30 mins. bud tender eventually makes it out to us after several others have already been served after we had been there before them. Once they come up for payment then tell me that my order has changed and has nothing of what I ordered but “something similar”. Will not be spending my money with this company.

Alright, so I frequent this area quite a bit. I have always had great service, but today takes the cake. Aimee was beyond outstanding, when calling for a total of my recent order, I was instead presented with some stellar options in terms of discounts, points, etc., Aimee ensured that I had got the best deal possible, and ya know what, I really did. I understand that maybe to some, it’s no big deal, but in a current climate where chaos seems to be around every bend and corner, I was happy to have dealt with such an upbeat and customer service extraordinaire.
