Placed an online order first time ever thought I'd save time and it was cancelled 35 minutes later with no reason just a message that says your order has been cancelled which makes no sense because you would think this place is professional and would be considerate of their customers time. First and foremost if ur thinking about coming to sierra wellness in reno by renown make sure u add a extra 20-30 mins to ur trip. There is no quick trip with this place, wait times and lines are ridiculous. But once you finally do get inside to a window to make a order, u are met by employees that are very unprofessional and dont seem to want to be there. Not to mention the lack of and or false information they give out about there own products... They will say anything to a customer to make a sale even if it is a flat out lie to their face... Hopefully something changes soon or will jus stop coming here...

I would highly recommend not using this dispensary. I purchased an expensive bottle of CBD tincture from them. The bottle was extremely difficult to open. I used it twice, and had to struggle to open it both times. It's a push and turn dropper. After 2 uses, the bottle would simply no longer open, so now I have a full bottle of tincture that cannot be accessed. I explained this to the folks at the the dispensary, and their response was basically "too bad for you, there will be no exchange or refund for the faulty and therefore useless product that we sold you". This is an absolutely embarrassing level of customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries around. I plan on using one in the future that has at least a bare minimum of integrity and respect for their paying customers. I recommend you do the same.

One of my favorite places in town to buy from , with the daily deals and free delivery , combined with polite and quick service I can say i wind up making more purchases from sierra well then any other shop in town . The house shake alone is worth stopping by for
