Kiki was amazing to deal with. She was so cheerful and wise. I felt welcome and received a product I wanted. She even made me forget I waited at the front desk for awhile until a curbside employee helped me in. 👍👍

I really enjoy all the wonderful staff workers at Zen but Lisa's one of my favorites she always tries to make sure everything you get is good let's you look at it and no worries if want to change it to something different and she always ask how I'm doing. Same cane be said for alot here good workers but Lisa I've had my best experience with.

My hubby and I normally order online for pick up but we weren't sure what we wanted so we went inside. Brian helped us & was absolutely amazing! We will definitely ask for him when we return again! He was nice, very friendly and knowledable and able to answer all our questions. Great selection & sales on products and amazing experience all around. Will be back. Would have given 5 stars but had trouble getting signed up for rewards. Very cumbersome process.
