Very bad experience just now. I spend alot of money The only guy that was there was rude couldn't get my discount right manager backed him up and said I couldn't come there anymore,when we have spent lots of Money and always cheerful. Bad service bad management. So sad. Someone needs to teach them respect and customer service.

Purchased a tsunami lr memory loss cartridge for $55 and it broke at a little under half full. Thought they would replace it and the manager acted like I broke it on purpose to bring it back! So if you have any problems with your purchase just throw it in the trash.Will never return for their service again. Will not recommend to anyone.
