Jake and all the staff I've ever interacted with has been friendly and very well informed. They answered all my questions I've had. The product at Zen Leaf is the best. Only dispensary I go to and have ever been since day 2 of being open.

I love it in there. Mario (one of the managers) is my absolute favorite. I love everyone in there but I have faves but I don't know their names so I call them D, new dad, sweet guy and short stack. They are so sweet and always a great experience with any of them. We are always laughing when i come in. The establishment is very clean and organized. 420 was insanely busy but the organization behind it was really amazing. Controlled chaos would be a good way to explain it. Needless to say I love Sierra well so much.

I was searching dispensaries online and decided to take advantage of a coupon from Sierra well. The website offered a vape battery for 10cents if you bought the cartridge. So I ordered and drove about 10 miles to pick it up. When I get there they told me "Oh by the way, that is an old coupon so it doesn't apply." I explained that it was on their website currently. Then they tried to say that I took a screenshot of the old coupon on my phone, so I actually showed them the site. Then they told me that they only had the bigger battery and they weren't going to give that to me in order to cover the valid coupon. So they had me miss out on other dispensary deals, drive all the way there instead of calling me and telling me over the phone. Then they say they are finally going to honor the coupon, and decide that they don't have the battery in stock and the one that they do have in stock they weren't going to give to me. No offer to order the battery that was a part of the coupon, no offer to give me a discount on the other battery to make up for my gas and wasted time. Just nothing. There are alot of great dispensaries in Reno. This was my only experience with Sierra well. I definitely recommend anyone other than this business.

Love this place. They have deals all the time, and it gets switched up every now-and-then. The staff is friendly enough and they give you points for shopping, which comes in handy toward your next shopping visit. The main sales floor is clean and has lots to look at. The menu is decent size, from flower to concentrates, to vape pens, to pre rolls and so on. Prices are decent as well, but the tax isn't included, so expect to pay the extra 20% in tax.
Definitely a place to check out to see if you like it. It's one of my top picks in town.

Ryan G did an absolute marvelous job helping me tonight. A few days ago, I had bought some cartridges, and when I tried them, I just didn’t like it. I wish I did, but the flavor just wasn’t there for me. I went in to ask for help and Ryan suggested Blue Dreams and was giving me the break down of it. And how I would feel, the taste, etc. Super informative and he did a great job! I tried it and I love it!!!! Thank you again!!
