Out of all the dispensaries in Reno, I'd have to say Sierra Wellness by far is one of the better ones they always have a great selection of cannabis and cannabis products there budtenders are also very knowledgeable and very helpful Jake is usually the one who helps me hes always very polite and helpful and takes his time to make sure im getting what i need i appreciate his help very much he is the reason i always come back. Keep up the great work SIERRA WELLNESS!!

First impressions is the last impressions. I read comments and responses from months back. And the first time I visited it was like all the one stars were true! $70 dollars for one pre roll and a disposable!!! Never again. And my response back will be we take pride and disappointed to hear what happened. Same situation as other customers 7 months ago reading the same reviews lol

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. A little pricey, but they usually have good deals that make things a bit more affordable. Highly recommend trying out the French toast #1, good quality, great high.

First time visiting a NV dispensary, great experience in all aspects! Both my girlfriend and I work in the cannabis industry in CO and are very familiar w/ the various types of cannabis products out there. Levi was the SW employee who helped us and he was a huge reason the whole experience went well. He knew their inventory well and helped us get a variety of products and understand the different options without spending too much time weighing decisions. Great recommendations from him on products, store was clean and staff was friendly! Would recommend shopping here!

Did have 5 starts but now I'm giving you 1 because I can't give zero stars. I tried to make a purchase online the product disappeared from the checkout during order, then was no longer visible on the website. So to keep this from happening again I sent my spouse to the store to get 1 bag of whatever you had in 14 gram bags. They usually don't run too much over 60 dollars before tax. Instead of giving her what she asked they gave her 14 grams of smaller bags costing over $140 that's over double the price of what was being asked for. You staff needs to listen to instructions. I've been doing business here for over 3 years but I won't be returning now and I will let everyone know your staff is too high to follow instructions. Just too make sure there's no confusion I even wrote down what I wanted in detail. So don't give me some excuse about there must have just been a misunderstanding.
