In my experience the deals here are higher quality than most if not all of Reno’s dispensaries. The prices are not always the lowest but the quality tends to make up for any discrepancies. The staff are my kind of people and it’s a comfortable atmosphere unlike most other Reno dispensaries which are heavy with cannabis bros.
Their only con that I have experienced is that they do not stock the same brands consistently which makes it hard to know what you’re getting in terms of quality. You will get the occasional miss because of this.

I highly recommend Sierra Well. The dispensary has responded to customers exceptionally well throughout the pandemic. I used to choose Sierra Well as my destination of choice unless there was a specific that they might carry somewhere else. I am definitely back to it being my first choice. It’s a safe and great experience with competitive if not lower prices, the best selection of highly quality products, and really knowledgeable and helpful customer service. The bud tenders are amazing at adapting to each customer and personalizes the service any way they can. I visited shortly after legalization in Nevada for Rec., and then was a medical customer for two years. If you are looking for either Sierra Well is great. If you are there for medical use the bud tenders know their stuff and unlike many dispensaries has medical card specific inventory and the knowledge and kindness to really help!
*** After reading reviews and not rembering names well, Jake is a consistently great bud tender, If I’m remembering correctly I also highly recommend Lisa. I had a really awesome bud tender who worked the late shift last night 09/17 and she deserves a shout out for being amazing!

I have visited on several occasions and love the staff and the products. The staff is super friendly and helpful, both Spencer and Lisa A. were able to help me find the products I was looking for and brightened my day along the way. I would highly recommend if you're in the area!

Have been here a couple times with in the past few months, and absolutely love the staff. I was recently helped by a lady named Sheila at curbside, and she is probably the most bubbly and helpful person I’ve ever met. Highly recommend stopping by the place if you get a chance :)

I’m a medical patient and I love coming here, they are the closest to my house and always have the best deals and merch giveaways. Most potent and fresh bud. Lisa is my favorite bud tender and she always goes above and beyond with her customer service and great attitude. She is so nice and helpful. I would recommend Sierra well to anyone. Kind of a hidden gem :)

This is the only dispensary I go to and I’ve gone to all at least once. They’re open latest, and have the best prices. To be honest I was pretty baked when I went in the other day, and a little nervous, lol. I’m one of those obviously high” ppl lol red eyes, u know. The “budtender” who helped me was great. And we have the same arm brace 😅🥲She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Her name was Bayleigh., which is an awesome name ☺️ Thank you Bayleigh if you read this and I hope ur wrist is good!

Some staff I witnessed being rude, whoever lady that took care of me was 5 star. The store is idiotic in handling customer traffic,35 minutes to get in and only 8 customers ahead of me in line...cmon Sierra Well, have to do better,I won't shop it again, several other stores conveniently near you,doing a way better job.
