Zen Leaf Reno (FKA Sierra Well)

Had a terrible experience of 2 hr wait for order on 4/20 last year. I since went back to see how things were now that they opened up their lobby because they had a deal on something i reaaaallly wanted and i had a far better experience. The lady that was super rude to me after id been waiting for an hour and 45 mins on 4/20 wasnt there, either.
So, my buying experience didnt go smoothly this time, either, but s**t happens. Im much more concerned with how mistakes are handled. They resolved my issue where i had to get my purchase amended and the points i used for a $5 discount didnt get readded to the amended purchase.
After emailing regarding the issue, they fixed it and gave a discount on my next order. No arguing or blame-shifting or anything, Seth just fixed the issue.
I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 because of the experience and if they have something else i really want, im way more inclined to come buy it and will update my rating higher if if goes well.
Edit: have since been back multiple times wo issue so raising to 4 stars.

Sierra Well is my go-to place for all my medicinal needs!! I recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go. Very fair prices, excellent customer service.

Been my go-to since the pandemic started because free delivery (even though I’m in Sparks), which you can sometimes get same day if they’re not too busy, or you’re early enough. Natalie B. and Justin (?) are the drivers I get most often, and they’re both incredibly nice. I place my orders at night usually, and always wake up the next day with a text from Nina greeting me and confirming the price of my order.
They’ve always got a wide variety of quality flowers, even for higher THC concentrations. Their website menu is easy to figure out, and has a super quick checkout once you have your account all set up. The one downside is that the website doesn’t always reflect the store’s real-time stock, but I suppose that is the occasional price you pay for ordering online.
Overall one of my favorite dispensaries, despite the fact that I’ve never actually been inside. I was planning to go back to my other dispensary after they opened back up, but they’re just not as efficient. I think as long as the checkout is as simple and the delivery is as hassle free (and literally free) as it is, I’ll be sticking with Sierra Well.

I have never had an issue with the staff or the product. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and willing to assist in guidance. I have not been disappointed with my product either.

Forget about delivery. They are consistently several hours late. They offer discounts in such cases but since their drivers don't carry change (?) those discounts go directly to the late driver anyway.

Lisa was a great help tonight for me and I appreciate the time she took to help me find a great deal as always all the staff at sierra well is always super cool and helpful and goes the extra mile like Lisa did for me tonight

I really like this place. Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Just wanted to shout out Manager Alex, I had a small issue with something I had purchased on another visit and he went above and beyond to help me out and make things right. He was so sweet and made me feel like he really cared that I was happy with my purchases and I appreciate that. Will definitely keep going back and I highly recommend this place!!!

So let me say I like the place a lot the service is great; I feel safe in the parking lot, the one issue I have is those books they have you thumb through to pick your product, it just don’t seem covid friendly, or frankly germ friendly period. In these times of a pandemic, But where they lack in tech, they make up for in friendliness and great deals and you can ATM at the counter and Lisa is one the best and knowledgeable people I’ve met about cannabis. She has a wonderful smile 😊 and caring personality. I travel a great deal and in my state we’ve been legal since 08 In in Detroit. The set up and the staff can hang out like wet clothes. Picking this this place over anywhere else every time I come to town. Also I love to visit and see Perla she is great and also very product knowledgeable, simply put Perla and Lisa are the greatest bud tenders this side of the Mississippi.

This place was great. I got there pretty early when they open so no crowd had a newer guy named Richard help me but he was super awesome and made sure I got what I needed. great staff ,fun place
