Top 3 Reno dispensary for sure. Sierra Well has great selection, knowledgeable budtenders and the nicest delivery drivers in town. They are constantly improving in all aspects of the business and they have the easiest homepage/order page at this moment. Their daily and ongoing deals are some of the best in town as well. I'm getting very frustrated with the lack of communication. The order history is seemingly never retained, the delivery system is dysfunctional at best, and they NEVER respond to questions. I've submitted so many messages to their chat and called and had to leave voicemails and have never once gotten a response.
I'm upset about an order I have questions about as of this week, and I never got an explanation or apology for a delivery appointment being missed and then rescheduled for the next morning without explanation despite my calls prior. I ended up being late for work waiting in a timeframe I specifically did not want.
I get the high call volume and dealing with COVID19, I've had to deal with it as a worker too. But what that means for me is it might take a day or two to address lower priority calls and messages, not that I just bail on ever answering anything.
You're supposed to order based on the information on their website, but half the products don't have any information at all.
I want to like Sierra Wells but it's clear that whatever they're doing is ineffective. Most of the most recent reviews are abysmal and for good reason. I don't intend to use their services again.
