The reviews here are not exactly wrong. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, the products are good, but it seems like the expansion has taken a toll on service. I have been to several dispensaries in the Reno area and this is by far the slowest every single time by at least 5-10 min. I used to love going here because it's close to work but what used to be a convenient stop can take up to 25+ minutes now. I get the idea of one on one service, but I wish they had an option or window for people who know what they want and just want to pick it up and go. Instead I've found myself behind people who will spend 15 minutes discussing all aspects of smoking with their salesperson while they have a line behind them. The new front desk has "missed" my check in twice. I've had new associates give me flat out wrong information about strains. Just today my boyfriend went and waited 15 minutes for a consult to be told that they can't take cards. Why not put a sign up? Or let people know on check in? I want to like this place and give them business but lately it hasn't been easy.

Go to Rise in Carson City. They will take care of you there. At Sierra unwell they don't get your order right and have rude employees. Wish I could give zero stars.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! My first stop after arriving in Reno. Made a couple of visits about a month apart and they recognized me right away. They're busy but don't rush you at all. Great selection comfortable setting. If I'm ever back in Reno this will be my first stop again.

Update 4/21/22 Thank you for dedicating a parking spot in the front parking to a dedicated ADA spot. I feel heard and I appreciate that.
Update 4/6/22 Still a great dispensary and prices are probably the best in town and open to midnight most nights. Don't be intimidated by "house products" they are plenty fire. My only complaint is the whole front parking is reserved for pickup only. With only 1 ADA spot for the whole shopping center it would be nice to see Sierra well dedicate a ADA parking spot or 2 in front.
Pretty nice place. As a first time med patient i was offered a free preroll. All the staff was awesome. My budtender knew all the product and ended up getting 2 strains on her recommendation. If your rec be prepared to wait 30+ mins depending time of day. Every day deal is 3 prerolls for $25

I have been to my fair share of dispensaries in multiple states and I have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. After attempting to get a free sweatshirt through their deal of spending $250 or more I was informed that my order was above the legal limit of THC and I needed to drop items from my order. This was disappointing because it seemed like it would drop my total below the $250 mark, leaving me with no sweatshirt. Not on Mitchells' watch! Mitchell helped me split up the orders into reasonable amounts, let me keep the free sweatshirt and he even moved the new order to the same time as I was picking up another order which saved me time and gas.
The staff did forget a couple of items but that was completely understandable due to the craziness of their storewide 25% off sale. They were super helpful and apologetic, supplied me with all of the missing items and even hooked me up with two other deals that I didn't even know I qualified for. Beatrice (the manager) was a saint and along with Mitchell, deserves a raise!!!!
Don't miss out on a gem of a business, every single aspect of Sierra Well is top shelf, from their friendly security guards to their budtenders, I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the work y'all do. THANK YOU SIERRA WELL!!!!
