Great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am a beginner to vaping and they took the time to show me the ropes. Best prices I can find in town.

Staff is a little unfriendly. They acted as if I wasn't even there, but went all out for other customers. The prices are higher than the other smoke shops so with terrible customer service and higher prices I obviously left and took my business elsewhere.

Great service. I went in today and the staff member there asked me what kind of product I was looking for and told me the cons on the brand I was looking at and recommended another. I had no previous experience with the brand I asked about but thought I had found some fairly good reviews online. While I was debating on what I wanted a customer came in and told me that the staff there was excellent and would help me find the right purchase. I'm really glad that the staff asked what it was I was looking for in a product and didn't just sell me the first brand I looked at.

Cigars are always damaged. I inspect my cigars closely and showed the damaged cigar to the owner and he put it right back on the shelf. They don’t care about the quality of their cigars. I no longer shop there and others should consider the same.

They have won me over. Five stars. They might be busy but they are doing their best. Upset customer turned around by months of wonderful service. Never spoke with the manager so there was no preferential treatment just nice people. Plus they have Everything!!!

I got a Haze Dual V3 from here and wasn't exactly what I expected to be. They understood my concerns and helped me pick out a different vape that is better suited for what I need and they let me have it free of charge and I got to keep my Haze. They'll take care of you if you have a problem just make sure you talk to Nick! He's awesome!
