Mad Hatters is hands down the best smoke shop in western NY. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have so much variety, you can find everything you want. I have a great experience each and every time I go there. I would definately recommend this place to anyone who asks for a high quality smoke shop. Kudos mad hatters!!!

Expensive, but nice selection of glass. I usually pick up vape stuff here and the employee I was working with really helped me while picking out a new mod. I gave him a list of features I wanted and he knew all about the products they carried, and helped me find the perfect one for me.

This place is great. From cigars, to t shirts, all spice grinders, e-cigs and all accessories you ever need or want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite brick & mortar shop! Nic, Rocco and staff are always helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied! Great selection of juices, mods and coils - the one store that seems to have it all! Their prices on national brand juice cant be beat in all of Rochester!

What reputable business doesn't speak about legal products over the phone? They are shady! Always thought they had knock-offs, especially when I used to use pre-made vape coils. I strongly advise finding a reputable dealer!
