Love this place. They have always been very reasonable with personal requests for specific products I've been looking for. I really appreciated that. It's why i keep coming back. I personally enjoy the sensory explosion as soon as you walk in the door. Specifically the sights and smells. A great selection of whatever your vice is. It's nice that the staff remember you and say hello. It's a small yet appreciated touch. I personally will be a long time customer.

I upgraded from the seahorse pro to the seahorse pro Plus and still had some of the old coils and they were willing to trade out the two coils that I had for two new ones and let me pay the difference in price which I thought was pretty awesome. Some places wouldn't let you do that and you'd have to just eat it and just waste like $12 or something like that. Excellent customer service.

Stopped in to my favorite smoke shop to grab some glass, they always have the best selection from several amazing artists. Been going there since they opened over ten years ago and have always had the best knowledgeable customer service. Keep up the great work guys!
