The only reason one would give a favorable review of this place is if they had never been to another dispensary before. I’ve been to dozens of them in several states. First of all Deep Roots has a monopoly in Mesquite and Wendover so there’s that. High prices, long lines, mystery purchase, meaning everything is prepackaged so you get what you get. You won’t even know until you get home. That might be fine for a $100 ounce like you get in Ontario or Rifle. But at nearly $400 an ounce here, more than once I got home and wasn’t satisfied with the product. Standing in line there knowing each customer is spending hundreds of dollars it’s an insult they don’t have more bud tenders. It’s like they copied the post office business model. But I’m the spirit of saying something nice. The multi million dollar decor is pleasant.

Definitely a cash grab, they are taking advantage of utahn's coming to buy product. Compared prices to a location outside Vegas and the 1 vape item here at $75 dollars could get you 3 items at another location. Would be nice to see some prices come down for people traveling 90 plus minutes to your store.

ALWAYS a positive experience here. However, this particular visit I had the pleasure of working with Ashley. She went above and beyond with product education and other resourceful info. She's very knowledgeable and you can just tell she enjoys what she does.
