Good selection and super friendly service. But, the lobby is closed for browsing and the menu is now online only. This definitely watered down the experience, and its harder to justify the prices when you're just getting helped quickly at the register. I didn't mind paying the premium when there was a guided experience available, now I feel a little gouged.

Very organized, the long lines move fast. Had 8 registers open and people in line out the door. Probably had 80 to 100 people in front of us and took about 20 minutes to get in and out the door was all.

Worst experience in a dispensary yet. So I’ve been to all other states with legal recreational marijuana. So this place was really strange right from the moment I walked in. I cannot see this place getting an honest review above three stars, these reviews have to be paid customers. Non of the prices advertised on their website were correct for anything I looked at. The person standing at the island only writes down what you would like to buy, she didn’t know anything about what I was interested in and wasn’t interested in finding a more competent person to answer my questions. When I asked what thc percentages were at, she just told me, “somewhere between 10 and 20%”. That’s a huge variance that would sway customers one way or the other. To not know at least that much info was crazy. And that was the most help she was, clearly annoyed with all my questions. Then when you do decide what crazily over priced product you’ll settle on, the person at the island cases just hands you a paper with what product you want written down by hand. Then they tell you to see the other bud tenders at the counter and again tell them what you would like to buy. Again… after handing them the paper with what you told the other bud tender you wanted. So, so, so strange. The only people that are giving this place anything above a three star review are Utahns, that have no idea how badly they’re getting ripped off.

I went to this store and the employees couldn't have been more helpful. They showed me several items which were half-price, they explained everything clearly and bundled up my goodies and the quality was tops. Also this store bears no resemblance to many stores which are sometimes run-down hole-in-the-wall locations. This is as huge store and I will definitely go back.

Usually quite busy during the weekend. There were around 20 ppl ahead of me in line but it took less than 10 minutes to pick up my order and pay . Highly satisfied with the overall experience.
