I love coming here for multiple reasons. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Manny! Every time I come here, I hope to see Manny because he knows his products and quality of the products as well. He made our experience outstanding. So helpful and made our time easy and pleasant 😊. This is my go to place. It's clean, professional, and overall excellent.

Pretty much what you think it should be. They are fast, and efficient. I would suggest taking the time to shop online to put together your order before arriving. I believe you can even Order ahead online. Kind of hard to figure out what's available, once you're inside the store. Staff were friendly and helpful. All In all, not a bad place to pick up some herbal happiness.

Such a fun day for the anniversary of Deep Roots opening day. The ladies at the front desk were super awesome and friendly. They all explained everything going on. Aubrie, Ashlee, Stephanie, and Anna were awesome. Manny was my budtender and he was super helpful. Such a great atmosphere and friendly employees.

Used to absolutely love coming here, it’s become, very cold, prices are high and medical discounts no longer apply to sale items. I would rather drive into Arizona for a better selection and better pricing. However, the floor staff in Wendover is absolutely incredible.

Amazing customer service from Deedee, if I could grab more stars to give her I’d pluck em straight outta the sky. Phenomenal prices & products that get you feeling right! :) love this dispo! Keep up the good work! And make sure Deedee knows she made Eli feel welcomed & blessed!

Ashlee was very helpful. I did not purchase anything on this visit as I was in with a friend of mine. But she was patient with us and gave us some very solid recommendations. Highly recommend this place if this is your thing.

Poor service in store. Was assisted by a supervisor who informed me I was not eligible for a military discount although I presented my military discharge papers. When I asked about the store policy I was told by her that there was no written policy at first, later on she informed me that she wasn't sure if they had a policy or not. I asked her for information on the branch manager and was told that there was no contact information for the manager. I proceeded to ask the entrance employee for a business card where I found his contact information. I returned to the supervisor and informed her about the business card. I asked once again to review the policy which she said she would not review it. It is embarrassing to have your service questioned in such a way and have the supervisor refuse to give you information on the manager to clarify the policy issue. I was lied to repeatedly by the supervisor and made felt unwelcome and humiliated.

Clean, spacious, relaxed interior, fast ordering. Quality is decent, prices are a bit high. They NEED a bigger rosin selection. (Solvent free, cold cured)

Don't waste your money on the Cheeba chews, they have been partially melted and you cannot get them out of the plastic. I have bought them twice and 2 months apart. Don't say you weren't warned.

When you enter you have access to a few tables with accessories and merch, then you join a roped off line where you wait without any access to a menu. Then you choose what product you want without being able to smell or look at it, you have to choose by its name alone. It's unlike any other dispensary I've ever been to and it feels more like a pharmacy than a dispensary. The experience of shopping here isn't enjoyable in the slightest. That said, their menu is massive and they have good quality stuff.
