I had a nice time in Deep Roots. My bud tender was very helpful, my product was high quality and I had a lot to choose from. But I returned home to weigh my “quarter” to see it sits at 6.6 grams. I would understand a few points but almost a whole half gram off over 2 separate packages. More quality control is necessary if they expect to charge 23% tax on already high priced product.

Purchased a box that was supposed to have 20 mints and only came with 16. Missing almost a 1/4 of my product I paid full price for. Package was sealed so their quality control on products is terrible…

Great store, however 30 min wait to be paged just to enter and stand in line dor 20 minutes. Pandemic has made things a bit inconvenient but Safety is their top priority which ia understandable. Also prices listed don't include the 21.5% tax so rake extra cash!

The staff is rude, the content is overpriced. This is only good if you have never gone to a real cannabis shop.to the uninitiated this is great, to anyone of experience this is a nightmare from front to back. Avoide if you have ANY other dispensers a avaliable.

This place is the closest to where I'm from, and is great to have, don't get me wrong....but those prices for the amount of product?....it's double. Plus the WAY higher tax rate than Colorado has! A lot of the products I've gotten from these folks has been really....um....earthy, dirty kinda tasting. Like what you would imagine chlorophyll tasting like. Sounds funny but it's all really green and unripe tasting. And for the size I use at home I pay half what DRH wants.....and get a better result! For .5g of a concentrate it's $40 and for double that I only pay 10 or 15$, and the same goes for stores to my east in Colorado! They're way cheaper, huge selection, better taste.....the menu at DRH is SUPER LIMITED.....AND the online menu and site are very primitive and pretty confusing to most.

Gennaro and Doug were my bud hosts for my visit and they were both great. Very friendly, helpful and patient! Took their time and Answered all of my questions.
Since I am basing my review off of my experience here, I had to give 4/5 stars because of the low inventory. (Which I understand with the amount of customers you guys have had and I’m sure this will get better as time goes on)

Well staffed, very friendly, huge menu of flower, and concentrates, large and well set up floor plan with display cases. Well worth the drive from Elk NV. NEWE does not come close to this store in service or quality.

This place was a real let down. I am not a medical patient. I came to Nevada to buy recreational product and what I received was a travesty to consumers everywhere. I purchased 2 3-packs of pre rolls. Along with 2 packs of edible candies. The pre rolls only burned on one side. No matter how many times I re-lit, it wasted half of my product due to poor rolling and the joint being too tight. After a couple failed attempts, I finally broke down the joints and smoked with alternative methods. I am disappointed in the price point for the quality of product. Also, gummies were not specified as “indica” at point of sale. Was disappointed in the quality and performance of this product. Will not be returning to this dispensary.

The workers are nice, helpful and polite. I've been here twice in 3 months and got 3 different types of bud each time. But it was all dry right out of the store. I didn't even need a grinder, just a touch and the bud turns to powder. I didn't feel high, just buzzed. I might give Deep Roots one more try to see if the quality improves, but not for a while.
