They ripped me off. Charged me for some oil that told me that the couldn’t sell me because of an “Inventory problem”??? ETF means I don’t know. When I told them my bill was high and that I wanted to see my receipt, they said it was in the bag and I couldn’t open it on their property. High price anyway. Horrible experience .

The line was a little long, but with the level of service these folks provide, the line was worth it. It is clear that they care about the business and about their customers. We purchased a topical pain management cream. The experts guided us through what each strain does and how it impacts you so that we were able to make the most informed decision. I highly recommend going here if you need an alternative to over the counter meds. If you have never been to a dispensary before, just know that the smell of pot is definitely in the air and it hits you like a brick when you walk in the door. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back in the future. If it's your first time I would go in with about $300 just so that you can try different products and find what works best for you. They do have multiple ATMs inside. Just remember it is a cash only business. They also did great with taking Covid precautions seriously. A+ to Deep Roots! You earned yourself a long time customer.

I have no idea what I am doing. I have very limited experience with the product. Visited a dispensary in Washington state outside of the Seattle airport. People were having fun people were happy to talk to you and Coach you on different strains. Far wider selection. This dispensary feels like combination pharmacy casino checking into a hotel. Everyone's cold everyone's counting cash like they're in a casino they want your selections written on a prescription pad notepad before going up to the desk which is a very serious problem when you have no idea what they are offering. Nobody wants to take the time to talk to you they want you to look at the menu on your phone as opposed to a consultant. They come by and talk to you while you're waiting in line to make sure that you have your order prepared but it's in a clinical fashion as opposed to a friendly sales fashion. If you have ever taken a pile of chips to the cashier at a casino in Las Vegas while two security officers are staring at everyone like their thieves that is exactly the experience at this dispensary. They may have a significant amount of product but that was a miserable experience for someone that's trying to learn. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you are not walking in with your order in mind.

Great quality but Wowza on the tax. Expect about 30% tax on your purchase. No joke but they have a great selection and great staff to answer questions. Nice layout of the store definitely worth checkin out jus for the experience. No purchase necessary. Clothing also available

This dispensary has a great selection and some good deals for those part of their loyalty program. The menu is updated daily with new product. Would like to see more sativa strains, pretty indica and hyrid heavy selection, which isn't bad, would just like more options for sativa. The Mesquite location does a better job at getting folks in and out in a timely fashion in my experience, which is, just like my opinion dude.

Even with covid 19 in play these employees and managers are just amazing . Joe and anthony are great and will take the time to help you find the best fit possible. Whether that be flower , edibles or concentrates they definitely know there stuff. Thanks to troy getting things in line for management and keeping the store running smooth and always stepping in to help. I always have a wonderful experience at deep roots here in west wendover :)
