I have been going here for some time now I was told by the cashier I could not buy after my friend made a purchase they said I would have to wait in line again I didn't see anything saying I could not be helped what does it matter if I went with my friend we were a party so we should be able to make our purchase I have done this before and never was told we couldn't do this

Great new building. Be aware 21.5% tax for the state. A decent discount for a veteran or medical. Fantastic right off i-80 but be wary of the Utah/Nevada border. Great selections and employees are fantastic with their deals.

If you have hours to wait then this place will work. Arrive to a line in the street for 15 minutes before going in the parking lot. Checked in at the entrance to get another 45 minute wait time before entering the building... just to enter to another 30-40 minute line inside. Product was good but staff and wait times were terrible, not very friendly. Unfortunately it’s the only location at the moment to purchase. Almost 2 hours of waiting before evening the counter to order.

This is the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Everyone is so rude, which is unusual for a dispensary. The person, that I guess “helped” me, knew nothing about the different strains. The selection is terrible with only a couple to chose from. Prices are the highest I have ever seen! They only take cash and their atm was broken when I went. They didn’t get my business, nor will they ever. I will definitely not be back to this terrible dispensary.

Prices were extremely high. I'm used to half to 3 times cheaper than here. Customer service was friendly enough. Won't be back until prices come down. Worth the drive to Reno or Fernley for better prices.

Every time I make the 200 mile round trip here, I marvel that the state of Utah would rather give all of this tax money to Nevada, rather than joining so many states in legalizing Cannabis. Utah's loss! I am grateful that Deep Roots is here for the good citizens of Utah!
