Worst customer service I've ever seen at any business. Made everyone wait in line for like an hour, then when finally able to place the purchase they expect you to know that you should have went online to view. There incredibly small and poor selection, also overpriced by about double, and the worst customer service agent I've ever seen in my life. Just go out of business. You guys suck. We need competition in the area of wendover not these price gouging incompetent rip off artists.

Several cashiers were available so check out was smooth and quick. I wish they had more bud tenders for the days they have higher volume of clients, bud tender was not very knowledgeable but still friendly and helpful. Good experience overall.

Since you expect people to tell you what they want when there's no display, you need to make your website much much more user friendly and each strain or product needs to have actual information about it and not just a name. Add pictures for every product and allow for online preorders. It will make your business run so much smoother and it'll allow for more customers each day.

First time there. Employees were informative and helpful. If you can look at their menu and find what you want before hand, it makes the trip quicker and smoother.

Not organized very well. The front desk associate who checks your ID should really ask if you've been there before. My gf and I were confused and so were several customers talking around us. There was two and then only one "budtenders" who apparently we were supposed to know to talk to first to get a list of product made up. After the lobby was full for about 15 minutes the one associate told everyone if they knew what they wanted to go up to the registers and get it there. There was one menu printed out and stapled in the corner on printer paper, and a couple QR code signs for the menu at the line to the register. The actual flower and concentrates on display looked street quality at best, but was priced medicinally. The prices on the printed menu and online don't include taxes, which is different than any dispensary I have visited. I would recommend putting your menu on a few large TV's visible around the room, train ID checkers to go through basic introduction upon entry, and also get the associates to be excited to be there. I felt very unwelcome, like people were reluctant to help me. It is sad this will likely be the only recreational outlet very close to Wendover for at least a few more years. Lack of competition creates complacency.

I'm a medical patient i had my card and my ID and they turned me away idk why but I hope I can speak with cooperate asap im a legal patient and shouldn't I know its beacuse im being profiled

Every time I come to Deep Roots it's an amazing experience. Slowly starting to open back up because of COVID so you can finally see what you're buying again as well! It's a win/win! My handler was incredible, but as per usual I don't remember his name 😭 I'll make sure to remember for next time.

Our bud tender was a genuinely sweet and nice human. Wish I could remember his name. Thanks guys for keeping us safe and healthy. Looking forward to our next experience. Great selection as well. Definitely a must stop on our travel route from now on. Didn't feel like Utah was next door
