High Mountain Of Flagstaff did not treat their medical patient correctly who had a curb side pick up which high mountain specifies they approve curbside just for medical, I then was asked to come inside for manager approval that I was disabled, I called to ask if the order was ready if I came in and they said yes the second I come in a budtender would help me and have me on my way, then I ended up waiting 5 minutes before asking and then went back and called to confirm curbside and they said yes to me specifically, then had security ask me to come inside or leave, not the proper way to treat medical patients or customers at that after having a confirmation 3 different times.

Was a great place to come. The line and the way they do business should be a little more efficient idk the laws and the way they are but they should look at states that have had it been open for a long time. Washington california, gets some pointer if law permits of course and make business run smoothly more money more happy ppl the weed by the way is great I enjoyed it. Also would like to see the bud tenders have a little knowledge of the weed.

This place used to be amazing but now that every employee that was there when management changed quit, prices went up, they started carrying more boutique things with the bath products, lotions, lip balms, dips, spaghetti sauce, should I continue or do you see this isn't even a decent dispensary. Totally understand why everyone quit, you can drive 3 miles away to get good deals or 8 miles to get really really good deals. It's a shame to see this place being run into the ground and I feel bad for the owners cuz they're good people but got management way wrong.

High prices and long waits, i shop.in phoenix at sunnyside, ozs are $80 for vets, no vet discount in liberal flag, we need Trump.prices not Sleept Joe prices, front desk chicks are hippy rude, no mannners in flagsatff, prices at all 3are crazy, should grow own stuff, jsut as crooked as the government.

I wanted to say, after going through the process of getting my medical marijuana card, HMH did all the paperwork and took care of my filing. Within days I was able to visit the dispensary and make my first purchase. The staff are very laid back and enjoy listening and helping you get your medicine with NO hassle. I will repeat that: NO hassle :). I've had more trouble buying a television than I did here. You guys are great! Thanks for what you do every day!

Pretty great all around. Just make sure you get every receipt. If not they will charge extra through debit. I bought 21$ worth charged 5 dollars extra cause they only do 5 dollar incriments(scam) asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. Boom I was charged with 40 dollars.

Misty made my experience great! I'm very picky with my flower and let me tell you MISTY knew exactly what I was looking for and she nailed it first strain she pulled out! Great taste didn't beat around the bush she told me the growing process and didnt charge taxes! Not even pricey for the quality will definitely come back.

This place has absolutely wretched customer service.
Bad apples everywhere. One tried to start a fight with a customer. The owner/manager came out and started screaming across the lobby.
It is quite clear where it comes from here. Save your dignity, by driving across town to its competitors, who employ pleasant human beings.

Been a customer since 2017. Have a medical condition. Waited for an hour for someone to help me with CBD purchase. Went in back to purchase my usual product. Was TOLD through all the plexiglass to pull my mask over my nose by a robust and socially challenged female employee. I did, pulled my mask over my nose pulling away the mask from sitting & touching my nose because of my medical condition. She said “leave the store, do not hold you mask away from touching your nose”.
This place has changed dramatically with customer service, accommodation & practice.
I will NOT be giving them my business any longer.
