Naturally it is a little packed in there most of the time, but it sure as hell beats calling a private vendor and waiting three days. They have several stalls dedicated to transactions, and a wide variety of product on hand, meaning once it is your turn in line it only takes a moment to get done. Their prerolls are fantastic. The company representatives behave very professional most of the time, but this doesnt mean they will roll over if your rude to them, they stand their ground like they should.

If you want to be looked over because of your skin color, then go here. I’m not one to bring race into many situations but it was very clear what was going on when I was told my wait time would be 15 mins. I waited double that and watched as people who checked in after me get serviced before me. As a medical patient, I will not be returning here or recommending SPECIFICALLY due to customer service. Great first impression 👍🏾

Ok so I was here for a short family visit with my grandmother and uncles. We stopped and grabbed a few cartridges and were on our way. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, so no issues there. What makes this a solid 1* review for me, was the cartridges themselves. When purchasing, it was not clear they were .5g cartridges, not 1g. For $20, thats pretty darn expensive. Again though thats not the issue. I got 1 trainwreck, one gelato, and one watermelon. All 3 of them taste like burnt/burning rubber or plastic, the fluid is very dark and there seems to be very little if any actual THC in this product. I cant tell if something went wrong in the manufacturing process of the oil, or if this is a complete knockoff of whats supposed to be the legit product, but this is unacceptable. These are not safe to consume. All three in question were from the brand Kaya and came in blue boxes with tags on them from the dispensary. I am thoroughly disappointed here, it’s incidents like this that are making it difficult to continue the recreational cannabis movement in this country. Quality control and accountability is a MUST. I have warned my uncle who frequents this shop to be weary of at least their cartridges and myself will not be returning. I have effectively thrown $60 down the toilet, that rubber taste is iconic of a specific solvent or cutting agent.

Service was less than spectacular, I'd never been there before and had questions. I asked about taxes his reply was 20 something percent when I asked for a clarification he just said yeah. Apparently they have rules about what rec buyers can and can't buy but can't seem to explain as to what they are and I wasn't offered the "Wacky Wednesday" special I was specifically went there to use. Won't be buying there again.
