This dispensary only cares about making money. I was "banned" from this dispensary after complaining about how they were treating their medical patients and the price hikes . Safe to say I am very thankful ! Bud is over rated and I'm glad a company like this will never ever receive my money ever again. Go somewhere else , price and quality is guaranteed to be better elsewhere , that's why they are no longer voted "The best of Flagstaff" .

High Mountain Health in Flagstaff is not an easy place to get into for the handicapped. There is only one concrete staircase going up to the sidewalk to get into the building. About 15 inches from the bottom of those stairs is HMH's parking spot for curbside pickup. It is the only one (parking spot) for curbside pickup. That car will block your ability to get up or down the stairs if you have a cane, walker or difficulty with being ambulatory. Also, there are only 5 indoor seats in their waiting area. If you are handicapped and those seats are occupied you must wait outside even on the coldest winter day.
I was there on Monday February 7th. As I was leaving, I walked down the sidewalk to the stairs but there was a large SUV at the bottom with a space of about 14 or 15 inches from the bottom step. Until just a few days ago there was not even a handrail for the stairs. I told the man that it was illegal for him to park there and block handicapped access. He told me that the manager of HMH had designated that one spot for curbside pickup. They added an orange sign to make it the one and only curbside pickup parking space.
Being handicapped from a stroke, it did not leave me with a secure entrance or exit from the steps. I again told the man he had to move his SUV so that I could safely exit from the stairs. He called me a mother.effing cvnt. My cussing vocabulary is quite good and I used it. He jumped from his car and assaulted me. He said he would "fix me" and he was not going to let me enter my car about 20 to 25 feet away. He punched my hands and knocked my Marijuana purchase onto the ground in the parking lot. He left 2 small bruises on my left hand. I had just paid $130.00 for my purchase and I immediately bent down to pick it up. As I did so, he tried to jump in front of me on my left side and almost knocked me to the pavement.

Generally a great place with amazing product and wonderful employees. There is one guy who works there we see on weekends at curbside since we are at high risk. He should not be in a customer service position... ever. He is always refreshing as a summers eve ;)
We keep going back for the great product and specifically Romaine. Romaine is everything a person in the service industry should be.

Used to be the best dispensary not just in Flagstaff but the entire state, now its a joke making you wait two hours for a menu so limited that its laughable.
Also the owners reply is a lie.
