Haven't been here in over a year due to living on the opposite side of the city. Nice upgrade and amazing quality and quantity. No sticks or stems. Wait was kinda long but to be expected. Only place in the city I can use a debit card.

The quality of flower has dropped a lot over the last couple years and limiting what kind of flower a recreational user can buy is a good way to lose customers.

this business does not honor HIPAA nor Ada Federal protections. They are not interested in the customer or the patient. They are only in it for the money. I would give zero stars but that would mean I didn't care enough to tell the public not to bother coming here. The ACLU is collecting information about businesses that violate Ada and HIPAA Federal protections during this time. Start making a list folks There could be a class action lawsuit waiting for us on the other side of this. Federal protections are there for a reason and I do not yield mine! A bombinable service here!
March 12th 2021 in response to the response from high mountain. I attempted to have my concerns resolved at the front desk with your receptionist who threw me out in front of other customers as well as my companion who had escorted me there. I understand your attempt at saving face due to me calling you out on violating Federal law, but your response is untrue based on experience and since I'm unable to respond to your untrue response I've just tacked it on to the end of this review. Your front desk person told me out of their own mouth that they do not have to honor Ada nor hippa because you are privately owned. I had comments with my companion in front of your receptionist about his confusion about private ownership overiding federal law and he smiled in my face and told me to leave in front of the lobby customers. Your attempt at covering your rearend is inauthentic and transparent. I have a witness. Nice try though.

the staff is AMAZING but there deals are garbage. also kind of a kick in the teeth when you've been waiting a while and someone comes in with a online order and gets served first. feels insulting. but the staff makes it worth going.
