Luke was extremely rude! I’ve never had a bad experience at a dispensary until today

We actually left and didn't even get to the selection part. The gentleman at the front desk was quite rude and seemed like everyone just disgusted him. Even with ample room to socially distance but still be able to be in the warmth of inside, and he refused and told us to wait outside in the freezing temperatures. So after a couple minutes of waiting and seeing no one go in or out of the back, we left and found a way nicer, friendlier place to spend our money.

One of the only dispensaries that has remained consistent through the move to recreational. They take medical patients first, provide killer deals, and haven’t stopped offering deli style cannabis. Thank you everyone at HMH! Every person from your management to entry level employees to sales staff to grow staff to security is what is RIGHT with the cannabis industry!

Found this place on Google maps while in flagstaff after visiting the grand canyon. Found it no problems. Went in and they said it would be 15 minutes. No problem I thought. Next thing I know I'm being called for my turn. I wasn't waiting but 5 minutes. Getting what I needed was a blast I told the amazing lady who helped me what wanted and she got me exactly what I needed for my trip back to the valley. I was greeted with kindness and left extremely impressed with the product and customer service! Highly recommended stopping in here!
