Pretty bad customer service in the back. Wanted CBD roll on they didn’t have it in stock even though they were advertising it asked if they could discount the other one they had nope wouldn’t do that BUT tried to offer me the USED one they did have to BUY. They don’t do any Apple Pay or credit cards or let you type in your debit card even when it was in my Apple wallet. There favorite words here are “no” and “unfortunately” never again.

Let me start by saying I have given this place business for years, although thier prices are highert this is next to my house. Convenience!!
Today I went HMH to get some meds and was sitting in the waiting room with one other person, a employee came from the back to get the other customer and said I need to wear a mask. As I tried to explain that I just had surgery and a corana test and I am having trouble breathing (living at 7000 feet elevation) she ignored me and walked to the back.
A couple of minutes later a woman came from the back being very athoritative saying " IF YOUR NOT GOING TO WHERE A MASK YOU NEED TO LEAVE!
As I am getting up o trying to explain my situation she says" Get out before you get your germs everywhere. So as she walks me outside she infatically tells me they follow the city ordinance, I tried to explain that the city ordinance excuses anyone with medical, mental, or religious issues.
But the again a Karen doesn't want reason, then asked her from a logical position does wearing a snot rag around your face touching and adjusting it all day then cross contaminating everyone else isn't that more nasty? Logic triggers Karens she said leave and I am not welcome back. I asked for a manager and she said she is the shisnic andtand buck stops with her. And my name is C.A.R.R.I..E. (yea ok)!
Although its discrimination and she won't let me go over her head to owner i will have peeps give 1 star.

Very knowledgeable staff and made me feel very comfortable. I went in to purchase some CBD oil for my knee pain and another affliction I have. I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman and he took time to explain things to me - how the oil works, cream and even gummies. I was given some reading material to help me be more knowledgeable as I start using it. Definitely recommend High Mountain, will be going back.
