You cannot beat the quality of their service or products. Hands down the best vape shop in Madison (the East side store too!). LOVE the CBD products, they work wonders!

I came in here looking to buy my first vaporizer and told the person working at the desk that I was looking to buy my first one. She kind of looked at me like I was stupid and did not really even attempt to help or show me products. She just seemed like a complete b**** who was not interested in taking my money at all, and so I decided that I will take my business elsewhere. I read the previous reviews and they were right apparently. I should really start listening to reviews more and stop giving people a chance.

Amazing dude working there. I came in, told him I’m new to vaping and that the gas station juice I had sucked. He told me all about juices, dos and donts, types, and ingredients. So very helpful and informative. Great prices. Huge selection! I’m from wautoma; I’d go all the time if I could!! Must go if you’re in the area or never been.

Went in to grab some coils, and meet Chad. From a Milwaukee or Waukesha store. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Provided the best customer service I have seen here by far. Wish he was located at this store always.
