Stopped in this store at some point last week. Trying to quit with tobacco so decided to move to a vaporizer, but didn’t know anything about them at all. Matt P was excellent!! Got me all set up and filled me in from top to bottom on everything I needed to know. Product variety and selection was great too. Would highly recommend to anybody in the market for a vaporizer or any supplies. Will be returning on the regular.

I went in thinking I would have to yet again buy another badge or drop. At least this time I didn’t lose my vape I thought it was just broken. Thankfully, Emma went above and beyond trouble shooting my mod and I was able to avoid buying a whole new vape and add to my collection of micro usb cables! Great staff and friendly atmosphere!

I was in yesterday, with for vapes that I had previously purchased there, and was a need for assistance on what coils to buy how to fix the glass small items, and I had a young lady that it only been there two days I believe and she really really helped me out so I really appreciate it. Good job

This place has awful service. The guy who “helped “ me was super rude in answering my questions in how to use to a Evolve-c vape for CBD oil. The vape that was sold to me was a display model and was not working at the time of purchase. I purchased it anyway because I was told it was charging issue. Charged it over night and nothing happened. Came in the next day to exchange to it. Naturally they didn’t have it because I was sold the last model. He then told me to drive over to the East side to exchange it because they don’t accept returns. He lacked any sort of empathy in my frustration of this situation. The new vape I exchanged on the East side was vastly different. It worked thankfully and was clearly brand new as it was in its original packaging.

Nicki works too much, but it shows with abundant amounts of knowledge with multiple set ups and juices. She's the only one I've worked with there, and I'm not used to thr high level of service she provides. I came in knowing nothing, and she broke it down barney style so I understood and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing. I don't think I could find a better place to go.

The best service from any vape shop in Madison by far, also an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fair pricing on devices, great selection of devices. Extensive CBD product selection as well as many options for dry material and wax/concentrate vaporizers. Solid rewards program and awesome shop atmosphere!!!

Went to get a new complete setup to upgrade from my current "beginner mod".. I really am not that involved with my vaping so my previous visits to other shops has been intimidating and uncomfortable. Infinite vapor on university ave changed my thinking completely.. more specific my sales clerk Nicki, she listened to all my likes and dislikes on my current setup and helped me build a very reasonably priced and very nice set. As for the juice... options options options! Again in that regard Nicki really took the time to help find a few great flavors for me to get goin with my new mod! Five star service quality and knowledge
