PRC - Arlington

Have been going there for 5 years for them not to warranty a cartridge that was broken apon opening and they refused to switch it out. O well guess I will find another place

Will never go back again...that was how my original 1 star review started. Well, I lied. I returned, and have returned many times since. Each experience since has been good to outstanding. I was amazed by the customer service I received today. It shouldn't be rare, but these days it is.

Great selection, lots of space. Generally staffed up so there’s not much (if any) wait time.

PRC was awesome! As usual. I always get great service here. I'm regular customer. In treated well. This is one of the best shops in western Washington.

MY ONE & HUGE COMPLAINT:

You guys are doing all orders online right now. That tells me as the customer that I should be able to be in & out FAST. But I’m waiting in line for at least 15 minutes EVERY VISIT. And most of the time only a couple people in front of me. That’s ridiculous to me. Like what are you guys doing in there? I see a lot of people. I think the line speed could be better.

Great service, very decent selection, awesome quality. Had a super sweet (and cute, I might add) young blonde lady that was very helpful and patient during our visit. She helped me find what I needed and kept the process fun and informative. Double nose rings and blue eyes.. warmed this Texan heart.

The two stars are for the quality alone of the products if I am being honest. My over all experience at this location has been dwindling down to very sad. Prices are insane at times. Which I can look over, if it's good and it's worth the price the price doesn't matter for quality. But, service is a huge thing. Years ago when I would come in I was greated with smiles every time, i had totally found my birthday twin there and every time I saw him I was always greated by him and helped out because honestly he was my cool birthday twin budtender. He's been gone, things happen I'm not going to leave a bad review over an employee moving on. But, now the last few dozen times me or my family members have come in we have got the unfortunate displeasure of being helped by some guy who works here. He is nice, but rushes. We all have been nearly rushed out the door by this guy and makes it very uncomfortable to want to look at products and make a decision, possibly spend more than 2 minutes with the guy to find something you actually want is VERY uncomfortable. It might be one seed that needs better customer service training but it has turned quite a few of my family members and myself away from wanting to come into the establishment. Don't want to play the game of Russian roulette and get the same pushy, impatient person.

Love this place ❤️ and all the employees are helpful. Honestly my favorite thing to do is just basically tell them what I am looking for and than just say you pick and they never mind doing it and I always get something different. Thanks you guys are awesome!!

nice shop. the employee that assisted me was very helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there. i purchased a mid shelf strain and it was good quality for the price. i only rated 4stars because it was my first visit. If their budget strains are just as good when i try them, then I will rate 5 stars.
