Absolutely love this shop they seem to have little everything love getting something new every time I go in the people are all very friendly that work there. French toast weed and is only like about 12 bucks for a few good-sized nugs.

Bought a disposable vape pen from this location and when I tried it I almost died. It tasted just like burnt hair. I returned within the hour to not only return the item but let them know that a bad batch had obviously slipped into distribution. They refused to return it off taste alone (refusing to acknowledge that something was clearly wrong with the oil inside and it wasn't a person preference of flavor) and did not take the feedback to pull the product from the sales floor. Poor customer experience and poor business practice ensuring that other customers will get a chance to inhale burnt hair!

We got so overcharged and when I called to figure out how to fix the issue, Sam their so called manager wouldn't stop calling me manm and I told him my name and to stop he kept calling me manm. Then he said he's anxiety is high and hung up on me. I spent over $30 on top of my total there and they can keep it and I'll never go there again and I'll tell my friends not to go there aswell.

Absolutely great service until one staff member was so diligent in proving me wrong, she called on another to back her up, and it was simply regarding previous placement of some stock. She should've changed the direction of the conversation back to the product I was hoping to find. That's how you lose a customer.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful and got the best around if you ask me. Only problem was the young lady that helped me never asked me for my ID. Not even at check out. Hope managment can correct that quickly! I would be so upset if they sold pot to my kid under age! But I called and told management and they were happy I told them and assured it wouldnt happen again.
