PRC - Arlington

I just moved from Lake Stevens to the area and decided to try out this dispensary. I checked out their prices online before heading over there. They advertise $7.10 grams of oil. I went inside and asked for the exact grams of oil that was $7.10 online. When I got to the register the girl scanned the package and said, "Oh for some reason it's ringing up is 12 dollars it was $7 earlier today." The girl went to go check with another employee to verify the price. The employee the employee stated that the price was whatever was run up at the register. I pulled out my phone and showed the girl the online price. She said that she had to charge me $12 I asked her to speak with the young man she had just talked to and when I walked over and showed him my phone he told me that it didn't matter it was still $12 I said fine I'll go out to my car and order it online for the $7 and get that price he told me that he would still charge me $12 because that is what it was and he couldn't change it. I explained to the young man that was illegal advertising and she could have cared less I told him I was leaving and going to another dispensary and he told me have a nice day in his snarky sarcastic attitude

When you say you're open until 11 you should actually be open until 11. I usually have no problems but 10 minutes to 11 and you are closed. C'mon man.

I was in a huge hurry and they were pretty busy and I told my cashier Nathaniel I was running late and he moved so fast to help me. He did an awesome job. Great work!

Great staff, great prices!

Love this place and just about everyone there! Juan is always a great guy to talk to while he helps you get what you need. There is another guy worth mentioning but unfortunately I don't know his name yet.
I've been going here regularly and always hit them up on Wednesdays for the Wax Wednesday deal and it usually gets me through the week, but I usually stop in more often too. Great place and have never been disappointed!

Regular customer here. I went in today and the Budtender was rather rude. The customers before me were not required to show ID prior to shopping, but upon payment, as is normal. I explained this to the guy and his response was, “You show it when we ask, actually.” This whole interaction was embarrassing and unnecessary. I politely told him I would take my business to Cascade Kropz. They check everyone’s ID at the door at Cascade Kropz, so you feel singled out by a rude employee.
