Occasionally the customer service lacks a bit but 95% of the time I get very friendly people that help me find just what I'm looking for. ATM included, very wide selection- would recommend

My last visit I was in the market for a cartridge. I specified an indica or indica dominant hybrid. The cartridge was faulty and they replaced it no problem. My issue is that the strain I was sold is a sativa dominant hybrid after I asked for the opposite. I purposely don't smoke sativa or sativa dominant strains because they exacerbate my anxiety. I didn't think I needed to look strains up myself there, that's what the budtenders are for? VERY disappointed

Convenient location and they have a rewards program. The only thing I don't like is a lot of the items I want to purchase are out of stock when I come in. Must be pretty popular items 😉

Very helpful explaining CBD products to my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend has been experiencing pain from a compression fracture (L5) and a herniated disk (L5, S1). Pain pills help but not so much for work. They recommended soothing jelly topical rub. I mean he really recommended this stuff. Well we took the bait and I'm so grateful we did!! This stuff is so Amazing. It really works!! Thanks again. We have since been back for more and got my girlfriend an edible to try. Thanks again PRC You Rock!!
