Accessible. Right off a main road, with parking available. There have been lines out the door for months... but it usually moves fairly quickly. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Personally, I prefer to place my order online for payment and pickup later. Not only does it save me (and everyone else) time, but it also let's me really browse all the products available, filter my type, sort by price, etc. I've only had their actual inventory not match what was listed online once... and the alternative was presented to me promptly, and it was cheaper. Can't mind that.
I keep going back; really, what else is there to say?

Absolutely love coming in here. The staff are awesome, very friendly. Always hooks me up when I say just surprise me. They have a point system either by phone number or by name or both(if you sign up that way) They always have deals going on. You can get text updates daily, on deal during "happy hours". I always go by here when I need to run for my step dad or mom or older siblings

Very nice place..,...They have everything........EXCEPT for the last 60 days they've had next to no cheaper dabs ... So started going elsewhere

If you prefer your purchases to be private, do not shop here. At least one employee, Josh, has been looking up customer accounts and reporting purchases to other people in an attempt to make himself feel powerful. I'll be making some calls to determine if this is legal or if PRC can be held liable for his actions.

Horrible customer service specifically from one manager.
Have shopped here for years and never had any problems or seen any problems. Then they hired a new manager who is on a serious power trip. And every single interaction with that manager has gone bad. Due to him getting his feelings hurt.
Yet there has never been an issue with any other staff.
Shame to see the hiring shortages have caused them to hire managers without proper experience in dealing with any perceived conflict.
Add on the fact this manager was giving out personal information about their staff to customers. And it's just not a good situation
They lost another loyal customer.
