There is always a line here, they never turn on the heaters while waiting, and are either extremely understaffed or need to expand. it's been this way for too long.

Tried calling the number on file so didn't have to waste the gas and time I did with some other dispenseries. Phone rang for long period with no answer. Hung up called again, waited about five minutes and finally got an answer but was hung up on. Called again and confirmed that leafly was wrong as of 6/9/2017 and lavender was not in stock.

Tried calling store, ends up its closed no voivemail... made purchase of concentrate after having to purchase last on shelf. I get home to find they sold me a half gram and charged for a full one. Really disappointed at this point I can't medicate tonight because they're closed and I can't use the product now.

I only buy joints and this place is the worst for joints I try every time I make it to Eugene.. they just don’t burn nice it’s so hard to suck in the smoke I waste half my joint and I think they grind it up to much cause I try to roll it out to lossen it up so smoke will come through but the weed falls out through the cone part where you put your lips on... this place is good just don’t buy their joints

honestly it only got two stars because i get 15% vet discount... customer service, attitude, awareness of customers is lacking to say the least. multiple times had bad experiences on medical and rec sides. i would suggest nectar lol
