My fiance and I have been going here about 2 years up until about 6 months ago. Not sure what happened, but the quality of buds went down. The staff used to be super friendly and welcoming ( why else would we exclusively buy our weed there?) Recently, the staff has been stand-offish and borderline snobby. Honestly, after the awkward and off putting vibes paired with lack of quality buds, we won't come back for a few months. The gal with the misfits tattoo is always happy and helpful. I wish more tenders were like her. See you guys in a few months.

Have loved this place, but I recently bought a piece there, and I knew I might buy a different piece afterwards cause I wasn't sure if my partner would like it. Knowing this, I asked the budtender if I would be able to return it. He said yes, and told me explicitly that I would have no problem returning the item. My partner didn't like the piece so I tried to return it today and was denied. I understand that it's covid policy but I would not have bought it if I had known that I wouldn't be able to return it. I did my part and asked, and was not told the right information.

They need to figure out a good system. I interviewed over a month ago and was told I would hear back- never did. In addition to a few other reviews I’ve seen the wait time is long and half of the time you’re lucky if you get a Budtender who will actually pay attention to you instead of finishing up a conversation with a coworker.
I’d recommend any other number of dispensaries in town before considering coming back here. Ally the general manager really seems to be the only person who really cares here.

Their house brand White Label is often on sale Saturdays half off! The cured and live resin cartridges can be very tasty and satisfying.
Sometimes they taste horrible. And if you find something you like it is probably popular and they will sell out within hours. Don't check their stock and deals online and then plan to come in for their Sunday deal, because chances are that they had an unadvertised sale Saturday.
Saturday is super busy and stressful and you feel hurried to decide on an alternate. I get anxious going to the dispensary so I hope this prepares others looking for good medicine.
Previously I wrote that having the back label posted online would be helpful but alas you must read up to 30 labels during your visit.

The staff here is awesome. Their bud selection is about the same as what I've seen from other dispensaries. The quality is always great. It's a larger floor plan than what I've seen at other places. They also allow more than one person to purchase at a time. What really tips therm over the top is that they are one of the few companies that accept debit and credit cards. This is rare because most places are cash only. I can't say enough good things. I'm a satisfied customer!

I love the herbal connection. I come here twice a week for products that are great at an outstanding cost. The staff is always friendly even though they rarely ever have down time especially on Shatterday. Shout out to Wylie and Crypto dude (can't remember names, stoner thing) you guys make my experience always good time! Take care and thank you!

I love this shop and it’s variety and deals! My bud tender Wyley was amazingly informative and helpful in identifying what type of product I was looking for. He was super knowledgeable about the products and effects I was hoping to get. Thanks for the great experience! Highly recommend this shop!

Love going in here and chatting with the employees. They are fun, hilarious and helpful. The prices are awesome, they even have a strain or two for like 2.20 a gram or something (tax included). Product is great I'm usually really happy with what I take home. I remember spending 70 bucks easily at dispensaries each visit. 20 bucks will easily get you far here, especially with flower. Thanks for being awesome guys ♡

I am the biggest fan of the variety of lotions you guys have there. My favorite budtender wyley has suggested some amazing rub ons for me. It helps so much after a long day of work! The wyld gummies are also one of my favorite specials those pear gummies are great for relaxing just wish they had a cbd version of them.
