My husband came on his lunch break to get a pen, tried it at home and it wasn't working. He didn't get a receipt but they said we can still bring it back and replace it for a new one. They are always super friendly in there and always helpful

Used to love this place, probably would have given it 5 stars. More recently, not so much. The wait time has been ridiculous the last few times I have been in. The customer service in general isn’t what I remember it being. I’m currently standing in the store typing this because multiple people have walked in after me and they all have been helped, but no one has yet to even acknowledge me.

This is my favorite store. Good prices in general with even better sale / discount prices. Every staff member I've met has been extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just cool in general. Please tip them well. I recommend The Herbal Connection.

The new ccell carts white label uses are absolutely trash! I've never had such issues with airflow and clogging with any of there carts before but the new ccells they use are terrible! I've got 3 full gram carts that stopped working half way, I'll never buy ur white label carts again. EDIT: budtender/ manager was of no help not even able to speak like a manager, he couldn't stop interrupting apparently the customer isn't right because he had else to say!

I am so glad I found this place!
I suffer from chronic migraines and had never tried anything with THC. Met a wonderful employee, Brittnea, who introduced me to an elderberry gummy that eradicates the migraines almost every time! If there is something new that she thinks would help, she suggests them.
I trust the budtenders to always provide great service, so much so that while I was on vacation in Puerto Rico (only medicinal by card is legal there) my 80-year-old cousin was having terrible leg pain. I called the shop and asked what they would recommend that she could get without a card. At their recommendation, of what I should look for in a product, I was able to find her a great CBD candy and topical that allowed her to be able to move around with a little less pain.
I am very appreciative of the staff here. They know their product and even have some great accessories. The remodel was a well needed adjustment! Well done!

Service is good, selection is great, but holy moly this shop has the most over priced glass I think I've ever seen. $120 for a tiny dab rig that Hunky Dory sells for $25.

I have been going to The Herbal Connection for my oils and edibles, off and on for the past 2 years. I am a fan of their selection of White Label products, and the always knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was only recently told about the delivery option through Leafly. Today was a day from hell, and it got away from me quickly. I went on the website, selected "Delivery", and realized at check out the order went as "Pick-Up". I was so bummed, can't leave the house due to the day from hell, so I called The Herbal Connection- in full-grown-adult-lady TEARS. They explained the delivery option not being available today, the explanation was solid and above reproach. I thanked them, and began scrambling to coordinate my pick up. Not 10 minutes later, Riley calls. Riley, the Herbal Connection Delivery Driver, heard my plight and called to talk me through how to re-order online- because HE WAS GONNA BRING ME MY MEDICINE- even though the service was unavailable for good reason. I am telling you, this guy and his co-workers made AND fielded numerous calls with me, whilst my day from hell is still happening around me, and I am partially internet-challenged. They did not have to do any of this. They had my $200, after my pick-up order was submitted. They called me, treated me with care and respect, spent HOURS of their workday Customer Servicing me while serving the general public, WHILE renovating their beautiful new addition, AND THEN- The sweetest young man, representing The Herbal Connection in force, came to my home and hand delivered my medicine. I look like the day I have had, and I laid all my gratitude out like a blessing over him, told him he makes his Mama very proud, and Riley from The Herbal Connection throws his lanky arms up-- for a big ol' homie hug! This experience impacted my day so hugely, I am humbled by the level of care and kindness shown. The Herbal Connection is a very different local business, catering to our cannabis needs. You all need to go check out the newly opened up addition, at their original location. The MURAL. The crazy rad selection of cartridges and edibles. The EARNESTNESS and integrity of the staff is understated, and just extra special. OH! Their schedule of Weekly Discount Specials, or whatever it's called, is fantastic too. I have never posted a review about a Cannabis Dispensary, for a million reasons. I want people to know about this place. The Herbal Connection is what it's all about. Go get taken care of. You will walk out with killer product, feeling like you just got a RIGHTEOUS Homie Hug. High-Five Herbal Connect!!
