A bit out of the ways for me but worth it. Have basically everything you could be looking for and more with a huge variety. Also the staff actually being knowledgeable helps a lot so thanks again.

They recommended and sold me the wrong size coil for my G-pen. They would not do an exchange or return even though the coils were unused and it was the sales person's mistake. I will never shop here again.

Maybe that would have good customer service if all the employee weren’t on drugs. No ones knows what they are doing Bc they are so zoned out. One of the most unprofessional places I’ve seen in some time. If the cops are looking for a good drug best this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Bc this establishment is a waste of space. And allowing drugs. This place should be shut down. Hopefully I can spread the word. It’s make a great artical. And people need to know what’s going on here.

This place is a joke. Lazy slobs and poor customer service. Wait, I can't define it as poor - because customer service does not exist. I stood behind a couple who had bought an electronic device that was't working (imagine that) - even though Shays supposedly tested it by their protocol (which is obviously as substandard as their staff). The couple left stating they would never return -which was predictable after witnessing the aloof rudeness of the counter help -some disheveled vegetarian who was rude and sounded like a high school drop out - another fine representative of my smoking community. Thanks Shay's. I can not imagine how this bunch of monkeys gets any repeat business. I resent the fact that you serve and represent a smoking community that I hold dear to me (because I find you to be the perfect example of a giant corporate bag of filth and scum). So if you want to be screwed over for what looks like most electronic purchases and if you want to be treated like an unimportant worm then please, please, please by all means continue to patronage this barrel of poo. I have reported them to the BBB and will be having their distributor investigated. Thanks Shay's. You suck.

Easiest smoke shop in all of Greensboro. Smokey Shay's completely blows their competition out of the water with all of the selections offered for glass pieces. Currently happy with my many purchases, and definitely will continue to purchase any glass, hookah tobacco, or necessary needs from this business. The staff is super rad too!

Seemed to have a good selection of products, hence the two stars. But I explained to one employee which kind of vape pen I needed. She sold me the wrong pen. No refunds or exchanges so there goes $40. Explained what I needed the next day to a new employee, and he immediately hooked me up with the right pen, which was only $10. So kudos to him, but I wasted $40 because the other employee didn't know what she was talking about. Probably won't go back. Expertise is lacking, and it becomes a problem when you lose money as a result of it.

This is one of my FAVORITE places in Winston. The products they sell are serious helpful for my anxiety and leg cramps, being that I am allergic to CORN SYRUP, I have no worries when shopping for something that's right for me at Smokey Shay 🌹🌼💖💮🌺🌸🌻

Smokey Shay's has got to be the best (and one of the only) smoke shops in town. I have never been let down, the prices are not what an average smoker wants to pay but, worth it! They are open late on the weekends and open on Sunday. They even have munchies and clothes and stickers and posters. My "go to" smoke shop.
