Shays is a fantastic tobacco shop. They have everything from glass to hemp products, vape stuff and more. They have an amazing gallery. The heady gallery is phenomenal. They use artists from all around including a few locals. I love the colors and all the different creatures. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Shay has sales all the time that are great. They also have $5 grab bags and amazing discounts on 4/20 and 7/10

I've gone to Smokey Shay's since they opened. I know and respect the hard working owners. In the last 2 years, I've noticed how well they've done hiring their well knowledgeable, friendly and respectful staff. I'd say I'm a semi regular customer & always will be.

I love this store. So so much. Shay (co-owner) is a cool chick too! They have a huge selection of cool products. The ONLY complaint I have is their stuff is kinda overpriced. For example, a pack of rolling tobacco is 3 or 4 dollars more than the same pack sold a few miles down the road. I wish their prices were lower on at least their rolling tobacco. It's not that I don't want to pay it. Sometimes I just can't. But their quality is fantastic and I LOVE their selection on the tobacco. Honestly everything here is awesome.
But if money is no object to you then you'll love this place even more! And for the people who posted bad reviews.. you can stick it where the sun don't shine. Both locations have such friendly and informative staff! Shay has also been so so sweet to me especially when times were tough. Honestly I wish there were more stores like this. Thank you so much for serving our community for so many years!! I LOVE the new location in WS! It's SWEEET! :D
Note to the owner who responded: I decided to edit this review because I felt the previous one was kind of harsh. I didn't meant to sound harsh if I did and I apologize if I was. The only tobacco that is overpriced is the hand rolling tobacco that's it. It's the American spirit rolling tobacco. It's 4 dollars more than anywhere else. That's the only thing that's significantly higher. But thank you for reading this and being so nice!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very extensive selection of very well made peices as well as clothes and jewelry. The gallery has a very beautiful collection of top of the line artwork at its finest...

Over priced.Terrible parking.4 spots and One person parks and everyone blocked in. Customer service is very rude and quick and don’t want to answer any questions and just terrible. Will not come back. High point is way better.

awesome place, awesome people, great selection for everything. Almost all american made glass. You can find anything you need here plus more. I always end up walking out with more than I planned on buying. So much cool stuff!

Ok so I call the store previously to check on a product, and see the pricing. The employee on the phone tells me that a Firefly 2 I was pricing was under 250. I said awesome bc that is the same price I was going to pay for it online, so I would just come in person to pick it up instead of waiting on shipping. That was not the case when I got into the store, the price was 330. I was disappointed about the price difference, but even worse on top of that the kid I talked to said he overheard the conversation on the phone, and knew the actual price. Instead of calling me back to inform me properly he decided to leave it to me to find out, even after I told them that I would come into the store for that price. Honestly stores like these will rip you off anyway bc they will just get their items online/manufacturer for a discount price, and sell to you for full price. I'm not going to go back to this store again, and I will never recommend anyone to go either. I told them about the lower price online, and the kid wants to give me some BS excuse about other sites not selling through the manufacturer, and that it is going to be made in china. The actual Firefly company does not make their own products in the us nor does most other companies. If you just do some research, and buy it online you can get it much cheaper same warranties, same exact product. Just cutting out the middle men, being this store, and the manufacturer company itself.

Love this place (both locations!) and the staff! They have a nice selection at both stores and everything is at least reasonably priced - nothing really high though. Got a most awesome pipe recently and I'm so happy with it! C:
