Honestly Nic Selection is ON FLEEK! Puff Bars for Dayzzzz & Bidi Sticks, the competition can’t even keep em on the shelves, but u guys.... EVERY FLAVOR, everyday. I couldn’t ask for more other than to put a SECOND LOCATION on the Northside of Winston Salem.

My daughter bought me a Blu eCig kit from Smokey Shays for Christmas. We spent the entire day Christmas trying to get the batteries to charge, it turns out that the item was defective. The next day we called Smokey Shays. The clerk said all sales are final and would do nothing to help us. This is a 40.00 item by the way. I emailed the owner. The owner told me all sales were final as well and electronic items are all tested at the store before they leave. Obviously this is an untruth as I am the one who broke the seal on the box. The owner told me to go through Blu. I did end up going through them, but I had to wait 10 days for my new kit.
My complaint is, their refund policy needs updating badly. I can understand having all sales final on cigarettes and such, but when a store sells you a defective electronic device, it is good policy to exchange that device for a working one without putting the customer through the hassle of going through the manufacturer. There should at least be a 30 day return policy on electronics. This is not taking care of the customer. People like to shop small businesses and shop local, but return policies like theirs on defective merchandise keeps people returning to bigger stores.
