Edit: not sure about the business ethics here. I've been a few times, the staff were very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products.
The last time I went I bought what I believed to be and was packaged as the last one one item I usually go for. Made purchases, didn't get my normal text notification. Just realized they're a whole different, weaker ratio. Called, they won't refund even though unopened and receipt.
