The customer service was great they where so0o friendly. When I came in Kyle greeted me and let me know the layout of the store. A girl named Erica came to me while i was looking the the water pipes at help my find the right one. When i went to check out Hannah the cashier was nice and qiuck when i added more to the to order because Paige letting me know about the delta 8 products. They all told me about their reward, plus the program is worth it was. Points go to their glass and other probucts. 100% would go again\(^-^)/

This is our go to MNG location even though it’s not the closest one! Everyone there has always been so friendly and knowledgeable so we are sure to get the most for our money. Shouts out to Sky and Kyle F! Appreciate the good vibes ! i Would like add on a shout out to Kyle W. and Hannah! Hannah gave me the details about delta 8 and Kyle showed me awesome pictures of his cats while we figured out which glass piece we wanted. 10/10. my favorite location still!!

Really knowledgeable staff, Kyle w took care of me and definitely put me in the right direction for my needs. It’s hard to find a place especially this early in in the medical stages for Missouri. Great selection of name brand products that definitely make you feel like you’re in the right spot and getting the quality you’re looking for. Highly recommended for people who are new and open to this form of medical treatment and also the experienced.

Whether it's Shane, Skylar, Sean, or Kyle you will be getting taken care of. They have great knowledge of the products the store sales and if you are new to anything all four of these guys can get you started and pointed in the right direction.

Times like these I wish I could be a wizard with my words. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the CBD Kratom shops I’ve visited, but since I interact with the Saint Charles location most frequently they get my praise. Shout out to Hayley, Erica, & Kyle W. I was skeptical about CBD at first, especially the idea of a topical ointment to apply to my back injury. The staff always knew about their products and could clearly explain all the details of how they work.CBD turned out to be the best thing I ever tried. No more pain therapy shots and a needle near my spine ever again. Just need my physical therapy and CBD cream. Thanks Guys!! Appreciate you more than I can express.
