They are very friendly and reputable. Their kraytom products are good and don’t make you sick. However; they skyrocket the sales and we found cheaper and better somewhere else. I like the point system. I just don’t like that they wax the cost. It’s worth it for the way some use it. But it’s another habit and just can’t afford at their cost. For what I usually spend 500$ on; I’ve spent way way less… so I’ll be shopping there still. Just not for kraytom. I’ve tried many different places and kinds to meet the standards of this company and NOBODY measured up to it. But TODAY we have FOUND A WINNER!! Me nice guy is awesome. Just very pricey for what I’ve found now. We’re also loyal customers.
