Keith and Hannah showed great and stellar service as we walked in. I was impressed with the excitement they showed by suggesting products and also expressing themselves with products they have used. Mr nice guy is fortunate to have employees of this caliber. It’s been a great transition with the new opening of the store.

Went and purchased a few things (More than I had intended on when I walked in!). Was greeted immediately, twice, and helped out. The staff was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I had bought a bum vape which didn’t work, brought it back, and their manager El helped me get a better one and made sure it worked. Very appreciative of the level of customer service from El & another associate (can’t remember his name but he had some awesome curly hair)!

Went in about 730pm. It was a fast and efficient visit. The staff was polite and helpful. They didn't have something I wanted up front. So Ionesty ran in the back to check stock for me. Overall a great experience. And has been for some time now. Management has gonna a long way since this place first opened.

Every time I go there which is usually at least once a week I always cross my fingers and hope that Keith is there to help me. He is by far the best!! Thank you Keith for always helping me out. Dru helped me find what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the various products I asked about. I was also surprised to learn after leaving and looking online that the vaporizer I bought was actually at a great price. Only used it once so far but seems to work well.

EL was easy to work with and mentioned a good deal to me that wasn't advertised. I've always been impressed with the customer service here and especially love the layout of the new location. As always, an enjoyable experience!

The 1st battery they sold me did not adjust voltage. I caught it before leaving the parking lot and got a replacement. The replacement battery died 2 days later and they would not honor a replacement. This place is really the opposite of their name. Overpriced on all items and can't perform basic customer service. They are selling products that stop working 2 days later, barely touched, and won't do anything useful to help. Straight up won't ever be coming here again because the are better places less than 1 mile away.

I had a great experience at the shop this morning. El and Dru greeted me kindly and helped me find everything that I was looking for. They also are very educated about everything I wanted. Def will be returning!:)

Really nice store had fun got some of the flowers really good but I wish there was a little bit more a selection on the flowers but I may have overlooked, other than that this place is great I recommend it I'll give five star
