This shop has a great selection, but HORRIBLE customer service!!! I broke the glass on my vape. I took it in to get new glass. They replaced the glass and adjusted the coil. Within minutes, the vape wouldn't stop leaking. I took it back to them. They replaced the coil (which was brand new) and sent me home again after assuring me the issue was fixed. Again within minutes the vape began leaking all over the place. I should state, the vape had never leaked before. I then decided not to drive back to the shop as I had already driven across town twice today. I called the shop and spoke to the man who had replaced my coil. I told him that my vape was still leaking. He told me to bring it in again for 24 hours so they could "observe" the tank. I told him I was concerned that the man who had initially changed the glass on my vape, who used pliers, may have damaged something. He then accused me of being confrontational and talking to me like a total jerk! I asked him how and he didn't respond. I then to my vape to Dr. Good Vape where they took it apart and discovered that the coil that Smoke City replaced unnecessarily, was INSTALLED INCORRECTLY!!! I almost went and bought a brand new tank over a coil that wasn't installed properly! It was a super easy fix and one that took just a couple of minutes. My family and I won't be returning to Smoke City. Employees should NEVER treat paying customers the way they do. The employees at Dr. Good Vape are always respectful and go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. This shop sucks.

I absolutely love the staff, service, prices, and selection! I would never go anywhere else! And yes....I will pay for my bag if I need one like anything else that I needed and purchased at the store!

The people who work here are incredible always take care of their regulars and if you don't know what you're looking for they'll help you out. They're extremely smart and know their way around a vape. Their prices can't be beat. I love this store!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great prices. Convenient Kennewick location, off of Clearwater. It's in a strip mall with a small parking lot. Can be a little difficult to get in and out if all the businesses are busy.

For several months now I have tried getting a response from this business and nothing. I purchased some vape juice at the Richland store that I later discovered had not only had the seal broken but was 10 months expired. All I wanted was an exchange but apparently that is just too much to ask for.
