My go to place! Cheapest cigs in town & they let me use my mobile coupons too! The employees are always friendly & strike up a quick conversation with me, which I like! I recently move from pasco to kennewick and the smoke for less the is closer to me is this one. I have buy stuff there like 3 times already because I don't want to drive to pasco. The first time the I went there actually the girl the helped me was really nice. But that day I purchased 2 or 3 boxes of A2 caliburn pods. Well all if them where leaking and took the loss. But next time I went I asked about it and the I guess the person who is the manager or owner I don't know who he was acted super dumb and very rude. I let it go and went again a couple of days and guess who was thwre..there... same guy I asked him about something the I was looking and again he had a stick up his @$$ and well long story short I have decided the I'm not going there again. Pasco have much more good customer service. So I will make the 15/20 minutes drive to pasco just so I won't deal with the stick man 😅.

I never thought the prices were great, I can get it all cheaper somewhere else. Location was what had me going back every week. They used to have a great selection of disposable ecigs, and now all they have is what's been on the shelf for far too long. I bought a $26 ecig, that died when I got home. They were closed by then. I returned the next morning when they opened, spoke to the cashier who sold it to me, and was confronted with their policy. I understand the policy, but you guys are fully aware that this product you sold me is most likely expired. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store a month. The location is convenient, nothing else besides the customer service of only one of your employees has kept me going there. After this incident, I won't be back. Moral of the story, I respect your policy, I do not respect the quality of the product left on your shelf. I know, and you know, those products have been there for too long and will most likely result in more disgruntled customers, who are left feeling ripped off. I said Good Day!

There is a young man named Mickey who is so helpful. His customer service surpasses all expectations. Not just him but the all the employees there go out of their way to find you exactly what you're looking for even when you don't know what it is LOL

Lots of things available here. Disposable vapes and juices. You can get a whole mod vape set or find replacement parts. They obviously got cigarettes, and glass. And all types of other things like incense, they added a jewlery case and knife case, Kratom, CBD things, I mean it's a lot of stuff and at a really reasonable price so ya can't beat it. Plus they give out lanyards and if you keep it on you it gives you a discount every time you shop! The service is amazing. They are always extremely helpful and thorough. Just a good energy/atmosphere all around.
