Bought a new vape from smoke city and came back 3 days later because my vape would hit when I shook it. The guy at the counter told me it was “doing what it’s supposed to do” and wouldn’t give me a new one. It got to a point where my vape would hit completely on its own. I took it in and they “put a new battery in”. Just a few days later and it’s still hitting on its own. This is ridiculous. I’ve been coming to smoke city for years. The vape I bought is OBVIOUSLY defective as I have never dropped it or damaged it in any way. Will not be coming back.

Prices are great. Selections are good. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. One of my favorite smoke shops. They have Scorch brand torches that are great quality and not too expensive. They are well made and will last, if you take care of them.

All of the staff here are so excellent toward me. They've special ordered different juices for me to try, and just make sure I'm well taken care of. Their prices are the best, selection is huge, and the hours work with all my schedules. They've created a loyal customer in me, and my son.

I really like this place!!! All the employees are awesome! All down to earth, laid back, but still maintaining the professional aspect! Every time I go in their, there's always plenty of other customers around, and really, don't seem to mind the little bit of a wait! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Great prices as well!!!

Staff is judgemental and NOT very accommodating when it comes to returns. Have spent over $1500 and 3 of the products do not work anymore. Staff refused to return or give discount on products. Bought 2 Dr. DABBER EVOS, 2 VAPE Mods, Raw Paper bag, candles, sprays, papers, several dozen bic lighters, butane, earrings, cigarettes, a couple Bongs and a few more items. Only reason we keep going back is the fact that this store is open late.
